Guarantee of satisfaction

If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase please return it to us within 7 days of receipt unused and in its original packaging for a full refund (less our postage and packing costs) or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders by first class post on the next working day after we receive your order. If for some reason we are unable to deliver within 14 days you will be offered a full refund. The price quoted is inclusive of UK mainland delivery. Please note that there may be an extra charge for delivery outside this area.

Returns

If you need to return an item please send it to; Perfect Pashmina at the address above, along with proof of purchase (eg the delivery note or a printout of your confirmation email). We recommend that all items are sent by recorded delivery.

Terms and Conditions

-Prices and Payment

Prices shown are for delivery to the UK mainland and include all taxes and delivery charges. Additional charges may apply for delivery outside this area. In the case of credit card payments payment will be taken at the time of order. Dispatch of goods will take place after confirmation of receipt of funds.

-Placing Order and Contract Formation

For the avoidance of doubt, the advertisements appearing in this site constitute an invitation to treat. If you wish to purchase goods from us you should order by adding the item to Your Cart and completing Billing and Shipping details as prompted at this site. There will be no binding contract between us until we send you an e-mail confirming your order. We will not be liable for any errors caused by faults or errors in our website, the payment website or your own computer browser. If any errors occur which result in an incorrect payment being taken from you we will offer you a full refund of monies taken.

-Availability of Goods

All orders are subject to product availability. If the product you have ordered is not available from stock, you will be contacted by e-mail and will have the option either to wait until the item is available or to cancel your order.

-Despatch

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Risk of damage to or loss of your purchase will pass to you at the time of delivery to the address provided by you, or, if you are not available to receive your delivery, at the time when we have tendered delivery of your purchase.

-Representation of goods

Although every care is taken to represent the goods as accurately as possible on this website technical limitations mean that the appearance of goods received, and particularily colours, may vary slightly from those seen on the website. Goods are supplied as described on the website, in particular with regards fibre content, and not necessarily as labeled on the goods themselves.

-Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days from the day of delivery. Items must be returned in their original and unused condition together with a valid receipt or other proof of purchase and at your cost. The purchase price less the cost of postage and packing (currently £2.99 per item) will be refunded within 5 working days of receipt of the goods by us. Please note that proof of posting by you is not proof of receipt by us and you are advised to return goods insured and by recorded delivery. However in the case of items supplied damaged or in some other way not as described or not fit for use we will also refund our postage and packing charge. Items returned after 7 days will be accepted for refund at our discretion if returned in as-new condition in the original packaging and subject to an additional handling charge of 20% and subject to prior written or email authorisation being obtained from ourselves.

-Response to Customer Enquiries and Orders

We aim to respond to all customer enquiries within 48 hours of receipt of the query, excluding public holidays and weekends. In the case of orders confirmation and details of the order will be sent to the customers email address within 24 hours.

-Law and Jurisdiction

All dealings between you and Perfect Pashmina will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising pursuant thereto.

We will not divulge any details to outside agencies or use it ourselves to contact you in any way apart from directly in connection to the order to which it relates.
